Solano Grand EC Showflat

The Solano Grand showflat is not open to the public yet, and CDL has not announced where it will be or when previews begin for the Senja Close EC.

What buyers should know

When the showflat does open, bring a room-by-room checklist for the 3-, 4- or 5-bedroom type you are considering. Compare room sizes, finishes and optional upgrades against the printed floor plans and specifications, and remember that styled furniture is not part of the sale. Ask Davis Ng to explain any point you are unsure about, and keep your financing questions tied to your own MSR and any resale levy.

The showflat address, opening date and viewing slots are not yet known. Recent agent listings point to a preview in the first quarter of 2027 (earlier listings said the end of 2026), but this is a market estimate and CDL has not confirmed it. Contact Davis Ng for the latest on the showflat date.

Register your interest for preview news, then read the floor plans and the price status before you visit. Ring Davis Ng if you would like to be told the moment CDL confirms an appointment.
